The Oregon Vital Records office, known as the Center for Health Statistics (CHS), is where to get certified copies of birth certificates, death certificates, and other vital records in Oregon. This process is governed by Oregon Revised Statute and Administrative Rule.

Oregon law requires혻all vital events such as birth, marriage, divorce, registered domestic partnership, dissolution of registered domestic partnership, fetal death, and death be permanently recorded and registered. These are혻legal records documenting a vital event. Certified copies of vital records are required to get social security benefits, a driver?셲 license, passport, or other legal documents.

Marriage Update
